Crash reason: custom machined parts

1. The safety height is not enough or not set (the tool or chuck touches the workpiece during rapid feed G00).

2. The tool on the program table and the actual program tool are wrongly written.

3. The tool length (blade length) and actual machining depth on the program table are wrongly written.

4. The Z-axis depth and the Z-axis actual value in the program table are wrongly written.

5. The coordinates are set incorrectly during programming.

 

Response plan:

1. The accurate measurement of the workpiece height also ensures that the safety height is above the workpiece.

2. The tools on the program table should be consistent with the actual program tools

3. Measure the actual machining depth of the workpiece, and clearly indicate the tool length and blade length on the program table.

4. Take the actual number of Z-axis on the workpiece and write it clearly on the program table. (This operation is generally manual operation and needs to be checked repeatedly).
